Maricela Alpízar’s professional practice, because of her successful relationship with national and foreign investors, has expanded into several areas needed to advise investors and companies to be incorporated and start operations in Costa Rica. She also has experience in notarial law and business contracts, labor law and human resources, trading consultancy, corporate consultancy, migration law and naturalization, real estate, municipal paperwork, banking, accreditation processes before state entities and settlement of companies and individuals in the country, as well as the establishment of corporate and employment structures for her clients’ sustained activities.
